It is indeed - if both are manual activation mode
and enabled, or if both are prioritized and have
the same priority group and are in shared/all priority
group mode. The default policy (for Automatic) is
to separate wired and wireless activaction by
using different priority groups.

I think this is more of a concern if IP forwarding is
enabled (punchin for example explicitly disables it,
and you have to explicitly turn it on to get forwarding
working).
