need an effective WiFi connection self-test
1. launch nwam-manager-properties
2. select (currently unconnected) a wireless interface, select wireless tab
3. add a secure network interface
4. select a secure network interface, enter an invalid password, e.g. WireLess1
- select ok, select ok
5. right click on nwam icon, select WireLess1
desired result
balloon popup indicates an invalid password has been entered
actual result
connection attempt times out, no feedback is provided to user.
