I have two opinions
1. we don't fix it. Leave user to solve it himself (e.g. create a daemon, and
send dbus message from ENM start command).
2. let nwam core support user profiles, so user can't see each other's NCPs,
LOCs, ENMs. So leave user decides to pass DISPLAY info.
