--- Comment #1 from Anurag S. Maskey <Anurag.Maskey at Sun.COM> 2009-12-16 20:55:10 UTC --- Don't have the cause yet, but I thought I update the bug on what I have discovered. The IP NCU seems to be cycling through its state causing it to look like the thread is stuck in the dad_wait() function. The following state changes keep repeating: bash-4.0# nwamadm show-events EVENT DESCRIPTION OBJECT_STATE ncu interface:ce0 -> state offline*, (re)initialized bu OBJECT_STATE ncu interface:ce0 -> state online, interface/link is up OBJECT_STATE ncu interface:ce0 -> state offline*, waiting for IP add IF_STATE ce0 -> state (0) flags 1004842 IF_STATE ce0 -> state index 533 flags 0x0 address 10.8.48.177 IF_STATE ce0 -> state index 533 flags 0x0 address 10.8.57.133 IF_STATE ce0 -> state (0) flags 1000842 IF_STATE ce0 -> state (0) flags 1000842 IF_STATE ce0 -> state (0) flags 1000843 IF_STATE ce0 -> state index 534 flags 0x0 address 10.8.57.133 IF_STATE ce0 -> state index 534 flags 0x1 address 10.8.57.133 OBJECT_STATE ncu interface:ce0 -> state online*, interface/link is d OBJECT_STATE ncu interface:ce0 -> state online*, interface/link is d OBJECT_STATE ncu interface:ce0 -> state offline*, interface/link is IF_STATE ce0 -> state (0) flags 1004843 OBJECT_STATE ncu interface:ce0 -> state offline, interface/link is d -- Configure bugmail: http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug.
