1. connect to e.g. a WEP enabled wireless network - enter WEP key and add to
favorites.
2. launch nwam-manager-properties, select show wireless interface
3. select wireless tab
4. select wireless network added in step 1, select edit
note password field contains "Password saved, click here to change"
show passwords while typing is greyed out.
5. click in Password text box
- text box becomes active
- show passwords while typing becomes active and is disabled.
6. enable show passwords while typing
expected result
password text box remains active
actual result
password text box is repopulated with "Password saved, click here to change"
message.
click on password text box again - it becomes active and show passwords while
typing has been reset to disabled.
workaround
- when password text box is active, enter e.g. one character.
- enable show passwords while typing
User can now view their passwords while typing.
