I found there is a problem: nwam_ncp_copy will not commit the ncp, there are
two results, one is there is no 'NCP add' event for the copied (cloned) NCP,
the other call nwam_ncp_read with that name will fail. Is it a bug? Or I use it
incorrectly? I have worked around them in the attached packages.
