On nwam1_132, first activate automatic and uses wireless link to connect a wlan
(e.g. sunwifi). Then activate another NCP. Then there is an event:
WLAN_CONNECTION_REPORT connect to WLAN ESSID , BSSID failed.
UI will crash at an assertion.
