The apparent problem is that the netcfg service will not start because the
netcfg user is not automatically created when the zone is created. The
network/physical:nwam service depends on netcfg.
bash-4.0# uname -a
SunOS mathesar.East.Sun.COM 5.11 nwam1_133 i86pc i386 i86pc
bash-4.0# zlogin mathesar-z1 cat /etc/passwd | grep netcfg
(empty output)
