Ever since I upgraded to snv_132, my network connection does not work
after I boot. This is a home x86 machine using Verizon DSL. In
/var/adm/messages I the following lines:

Feb 10 07:37:00 ermine nwamd[53]: [ID 116842 daemon.error]
sysevent_bind_handle: Permission denied
Feb 10 07:37:00 ermine /sbin/dhcpagent[104]: [ID 787751 daemon.error]
dhcp_ipc_init: cannot bind to port 4999 (agent already running?)

I have been running OpenSolaris since snv_98 and this is the first time
I have seen this problem.

Restarting nwamd via

   svcadm restart svc:/network/physical:nwam

always cures the problem.
