tested on B133.2 Gui packages (build 2010-02-11)
In the administration menu there are three network options.
network
network (nwam)
network locations
The UI spec indicates there should be two, i.e. network and network locations.
The behavior of the menu is inconsistent what should be delivered.
1. The expected behavior is that on selecting network in administration menu
nwam-manager-properties should be launched if nwam is enabled
2. If nwam is not enabled the manual network configuration tool should be
launched
3. If user does not have sufficient profile rights, they should be prompted
for root password, otherwise it should just launch.
for network locations menu item
