solaris.network.autoconf.refresh has been removed. Update on the
authorizations and what it can do:

* solaris.network.autoconf.read: read/list objects
*solaris.network.autoconf.write: create, modify, destroy objects except Known
WLANs
* solaris.network.autoconf.wlan: create, modify, destroy Known WLANs
* solaris.network.autoconf.select: enable and disable objects

On the nwamd door server, the actions require the following auths:

* enable and disable require solaris.network.autoconf.select
* add, destroy, refresh on Known WLANs require solaris.network.autoconf.wlan
* add, destroy on other objects require solaris.network.autoconf.write
* refresh on other object require either solaris.network.autoconf.write or
solaris.network.autoconf.select (requiring either is because when an object is
committed, it is refreshed in nwamd. commit during modification requres the
write auth. when enabled/disabled, the "enabled" property is changed requiring
refresh in nwamd and the user may only have select auth in this situation)
