Morning Nigel, Agree seems a bit OTT and some of this is now wrong e.g. it is not obligatory for all staff to be vaccinated. However, given the high Covid numbers currently it's probably good practice to compare this against your previous assessment and see if any updates are required. If you have done refreshed your risk assessment it will mitigate the risk of come back form staff or patients.
