MH contract I think we need to move away from ONLY GP doing annual care plan and review appt for SMI and CCMH. We work in MDTs with CPs, ANPs, MHARRS who are all capable to do the follow up and care plans with GP support training and supervision. 1. NPM & injectables We can't claim for some drugs that we have share care protocol for such as mycophenolate or adoport as they are not in the NPM template.
