Hi Lesley, yes we’ve gone back to lawyers a couple of times as they had a request outstanding with CNSGP. They are still following up to get a written response from CNSGP though. Early advice had been that CNSGP covered the enhanced services, as it would have in previous years’ enhanced service agreements, as these are ancillary services provided by part 4 contractors (those who hold GMS/PMS/APMS or their subcontractor or provider of ancillary services). However, you were going to obtain written confirmation to provide reassurance to PCNs whose legal advisors had queried this. I would be grateful if you could share any advice that has come through from CNSGP please.
