Dear Mark The survey was not discussed with the LMC before it went out and that in itself is a learning point. You could email Cathy and Javina direct and cc the office in, or send through your concerns to the office to feed into the learning process.
There is a danger that a lack of feedback will be perceived as satisfaction with the process and the status quo. The LMC would articulate CD views and evidence. If anyone is filling out the survey and does not wish to duplicate their work, emailing through screen shots to the LMC office would be helpful.
