I've implemented Stripe integration in a couple of apps, and I can't recommend it enough. Everything is pretty straightforward, from the API to the web app. And their customer service has been great, as well. The only drawback I've seen is that they deposit payments into your account on a 7 day rolling basis, though I guess that's more of a business than a development decision.
