Ah, actually the point is that the object sending the message doesn't know what 
will handle it. I see why "tell" sounds like a good choice otherwise. The 
outgoing message might be :boil_water and the resultant message might be 
:water_has_boiled. It's more an indiscriminate "Somebody boil me some water!!!".
