A good question, Francisco. A lot of people seems to misunderstand this
so I guess I have not explained it clearly enough.
Just install nXhtml the recommended way AND compile the nXhtml files
from the nXhtml menu. (Without compiling some things will be loaded
unnecessarily early.)
