SavePos TRUE and ReadFromLast TRUE should be the defaults for both. Do you see any related error messages in nxlog.log? When the module cannot seek to the saved position in the eventlog, it should log an error message and should resume reading from the last event record. This can also happen if the eventlog file is rotated. There is a known issue with the im_mseventlog module in this case, sometimes it will read everything from the start again. This is already fixed in our internal code tree and is being tested. If you have your eventlog files rotated on boot, this may explain the issue you are experiencing.
