The pm_norepeat waits for 1 second and till that time it stores all the
message in buffer and after that it decide that so and so messages are
duplicated and then send the first one in buffer and discards rest others
with a message "following repeated X number of time."
My question is to how we can increase this time to say 3 seconds.
In my case i am getting duplicated message after every 1 second, so i wish
to set this de-duplication check time to 2 or 3 seconds.
