Does this mean that you have verified with a network capture tool that
the problem is on nxlog's end and not on the other side (loggly), i.e.
the TCP connection is properly closed and nxlog fails to reconnect?
If so, feel free to file a bug report in the trac with debug logs
attached and steps to reproduce.
