Experience on Telephony structured cabling Avaya Equipment - Configuration, software, hardware changes, Backup & restoration etc Voice network designing or architectural change. Dial plan and voice network management Contact centre design as per customer request Major Configuration change in CMS Understanding of Voice over IP deployment models Implementing Dial Plans on Voice Gateways Implementing H.323 Gatekeepers Should have hands of experience on Cisco Unified Communications Manager 5.x,6x or 7.x Enabling Single-Site On-Net Calling and Off-Net Calling Implementing Media Resources, Features and Applications Working knowledge of converged voice and data networks.
