Just as an FYI, Dave Farber was the Chief Scientist at the FCC, as well as a VERY well-respected technology/techo professor at UPenn (I believe). His list has such people as Esther Dyson, Nick Negroponte and a *lot* of other tech-sphere bigwigs. He only sends out legit stuff.
