As a teacher and Technology Coordinator for a small (poor) private 
school who depends on Governmental assistance to fund our computer 
department, I must say it is extremely frustrating to have to go through 
the approved vendor list where prices are dramatically higher than I 
could get from local vendors. Just how do you justify doubling the price 
to schools, then sell the same equipment for about 1/2 to others. This 
is why (Except when buying from apple) I have the orders placed under a 
different name, then deliver the check from our B.O.E.
