I think they are a little miffed at their competitor. They gladly tell anyone that asks that they moved out here and spent their savings to start the wireless ISP and as soon as they announced they were open for business a competing corporate owned ISP popped up and announced they'd give highly discounted service to anyone that pre-signed up with them instead even though they wouldn't even have usable service for six months. I interviewed with the corporate owned place so I got to hear about them from their own people too so probably no secrets were devulged. :)
