Avaya = Orinoco = Lucent (see <http://www.personaltelco.net/index.cgi/LucentNameConfusion>)
I've heard of two techniques of changing silver => gold 1. put silver card into an Internec AP for ten minutes or so (described in the NYC archives somewhere) 2. use a mac (see <http://www.paris-sansfil.net/index.php/UpgradeSilverToGoldEn>) Haven't tried either, but I met the guy Friday who came up with 2. Also met the guy who has a very interesting war-walking (war-pramming?) technique - this link is well worth checking out :)) <http://www.paris-sansfil.net/images/MeilleurSouvenirPhoto/war_2.jpg> (image is 145 KB).
