Not sure if I didn't ask my original question properly, but I need to know how to get the G4 to connect wirelessly to the LinkSys router. If it's connected via the Ethernet jack, then her laptop works.
I'm assuming that the connection needs to remain set to Airport (run the TCP/IP applet in Control Panel). I've plugged the MAC address into the router but now that I think about it, I may have input the MAC address of the built-in Ethernet instead of the Airport card. So my question: how do I find the MAC address of the Airport card itself and not the Ethernet port? If you have a G3/G4 Powerbook it is on the back (near the modem).
