Hello Jonathan,

        Saying wireless sharing is OK and having a TOS to back it are two
different things. You were probably talking to a sales rep. who, would
probably promise you the moon. Don't get me wrong, Speakeasy is a good
company, but public wireless sharing is another thing.

        Remember a few weeks ago Terry (I think it was him) posted about the
EFF contacting Speakeasy about this and Speakeasy stated wireless sharing
was not OK. I've personally tried to contact various individuals (besides
Sales Reps.) with Speakeasy and have been unsuccessful. So, in the end, I
tend to believe that wireless sharing is not OK.
