Online retailers are always the cheapest route. Maybe you can order some stuff ahead of time and have it delivered to your Hotel while you are here. Some hotels are very helpful with receiving packages for guests, speak to them first. I would stick to the large online retailers to ensure that there are no delays in your shipment and that they do not arrive after you have left.
