Hi Jon,

Im happy to help anyone get off the ground with Radiator+wireless+mysql.

What flavour(s) of wireless authentication are you interested in? You should
be able to do

EAP-MD5
EAP-TTLS-PAP
EAP-TTLS-CHAP
EAP-TTLS-MSCHAPV1
EAP-TTLS-MSCHAPV2
and/or
EAP-PEAP-EAP-MSCHAPV2

with a mysql user database, provided it contains plaintext passwords.

Cheers.
