Comp-USA is on 38th & 5th, but I don't know if they carry Orinoco, or if they're cheap. J&R does carry Orinoco and I think the prices are reasonable, but they're below 14th (Park Row near City Hall). Union Square has some stores that sell tech gear that you can check - don't know if they carry Orinoco or if they're cheap: Circuit City, Staples. All I can think of off the top of my head. HTH.
