Hello, I'd like to see if my girlfriends apartment is within reach of any of the nodes. I have a laptop with win2k and an aironet 4800b card and I took it to her place last night and was able to associate intermittently. Because I have aironet gear and not Orinoco gear I don't have the ability to use netstumbler or an external antenna.
Does anyone have an Orinoco silver card and an antenna I could borrow to do a site survey of her place with NetStumbler? I'd only need it briefly and could pick it up and return it ASAP.
