Id be mainly interested in seeing what has already been done (test cases/etc) in regards to wireless networks on those bands already, and what is feasible. Id consider the current market as a test phase to iron out nearly all the kinks and promote solid standards and then jump on the bands @ the same hw market price (which would be nice, but who knows).
Is there anything Canopy-like that might already be running in R&D somewhere? Id hate to see it open and then have all the same incompatible junk go on. I also think there will be some eventually cons on having the FCC be so nice to WiFi in the end. But then again, who knows ... - Jon -- NYCwireless - http://www.nycwireless.net/ Un/Subscribe: http://lists.nycwireless.net/mailman/listinfo/nycwireless/ Archives: http://lists.nycwireless.net/pipermail/nycwireless/
