Hello, everyone.

A while ago I bought a Cisco MPI350 mini-pci wireless card for a
project. Since then, it's sat and been useless since I can't find an
antenna to connect to the U.FL mount. The one source I found online was
a guy mentioned on the Personal Telco website who doesn't answer email.

To make a long story short, I've purchased a U.FL-to-U.FL connector,
15 cm long. It's about 1 mm diameter coax between. Would anyone here,

a) know if this could be used to make a pigtail that would connect to
some kind of reasnably easy-to-find antenna? (I just need a basic 0 dB
omnidirectional, the ones I've seen called 'rubber ducks' are probably
best).

b) know how (a) could be accomplished?

c) have the tools or know-how to do (b)?

d) be willing to sit down with me and give me a hand? :-)

If anyone has any ideas, I'd be moer than happy to hear them. Thanks a
lot!
