Jon,

I attended the CWNA/CWNP class at the TechNet office (located at 34th &
Madison or 5th Ave). It was definatly a good course. However, if you are
fairly knowledgable of wireless systems such as products, security issues
(WEP being cracked etc.) then I would reccomend NOT taking the course. I
took it with an already solid understanding of wireless technologies. Really
the most helpful thing I got out of the course was RF (Radio Frequency)
stuff; as well as hands on experience with some hardware. I would suggest
purchasing the study-guide [http://www.cwne.com/products/CWNASGPRINT.html]
($49.95) and saving your money. I honestly regretted having spent that
amount of money on the course, when most of it I already knew & had
experience with. My instructor was George Anderson (cool guy) who provided
some insight into the CWSP course.

Bottom-line:
Buy the study guide (printed); don't take the CWNA course; save your money &
take the CWSP course.

P.S. Keep in mind that this course only teaches you about wireless, and you
spend most of your days reding the administrator course guide (DURING
CLASS). This course DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CWNA EXAM. If you have any further
questions, please feel free to contact me.

Also,
Gerrit Wolf,

I am interested in the graduate course in wireless web for business you
mentioned, but do you have any other additional information, such as course
outline, registration fees, materials needed etc. Any information would be
greatly appreciated.
