Hello Derek, for some reason I called yo Kevin in my last message ;-) Sorry bout that.
Anyway I have access to a Shop and am an Ex Machinist. I do think however that the
idea of having inexperienced folks wandering in his shop won't appeal to Bill or his
insurance company but I will ask tommorow if I see him. The Waveguide on ARRL looks
pretty str8 forward tho a bit more than drilling holes, most of what I saw was slotted
if memory serves. This would require the use of a milling machine like a Bridgeport It
COULD be done using only a drill press and a rat tail file but would take
substantially longer. My mail system is screwy and I have to login via the web to SEND
mail but can use Eudora to read it so if I am forgetting anything from your post I
apologize.

If Bill nixes the idea of loaning out his bridgeport to us for a few hours should I
ask him what kind of pricing he'd ask to fabricate them from the print?

Nia:wen Thank you
KB2ZKU Pete
