-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Try the Home Depot for your "mast". a piece of PVC pipe works very well, just make sure it doesn't get warm when you put a piece of it in the microwave (with a cup of water). I'm not joking, if it does, then its microwave reactive and might not be the best material. As for a tripod, I have one from RadioShack. They're good, sturdy, and cheap. Anything you get from a Ham store in NYC won't be. http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=CT LG%5F003%5F001%5F003%5F000&product%5Fid=15%2D517 If you still want a Ham store in the city, their's one that I've found. Barry Electronics. It's between 6th and 7th street on 2nd ave in lower Manhattan. They're a bit overpriced, but I try and give them the business on everything I can just because they're local. - -Derek, KC2JKD

I figure there has to be a Ham supply store in the city somewhere, does anyone know of a good one? - -a. - -- NYCwireless - http://www.nycwireless.net/ Un/Subscribe: http://lists.nycwireless.net/mailman/listinfo/nycwireless/ Archives: http://lists.nycwireless.net/pipermail/nycwireless/ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP 8.0 iQA/AwUBPvHhxYfYWwfzd9H1EQKmRQCgu5mZhPlfcV/CbO5k0+GwWMoiYdAAnAtO 4gjhUMFqtjMTLGurfM+lp3GS =9eFW -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- NYCwireless - http://www.nycwireless.net/ Un/Subscribe: http://lists.nycwireless.net/mailman/listinfo/nycwireless/ Archives: http://lists.nycwireless.net/pipermail/nycwireless/
