Provided you got less then 2" PVC pipe (maybe 1&1/2" don't recall what the
tripod takes) you put the PVC in the top of the tripod and then screw down
the bolts to hold it fast.  test it first to make sure all seems snug, then
mount the tripod first on the roof, or where ever your going to put it.
Once its firmly in place put in the mast and tighten everything down.  If
you want two sections of PVC, you'll need to buy end connectors.  NOTE: if
you go more then 1 10' section of pipe up, you'll need to install guy wires
to keep the thing stable or it WILL break during the first strong wind.  Guy
wires should be fastened to the second PVC pipe and firmly attached to the
roof somewhere.
