Does anyone know where are the AP's located for that node?
I can tell you the location for the best signal reception for each downtown node. Helpful if you have a laptop with poor reception (the original G4 Titaniums, etc).
Liberty Plaza - Middle of the park Bowling Green - Middle to North end of Park City Hall Park - Middle to South end of Park Rector Park - West end of Park South Street Seaport - Food Court Area, and back deck Vietnam Veterans Plaza - Middle of the Park.
It does help some to raise your laptop a little off the ground (if you are sitting on the ground) or off a metal table in getting better reception.
