[nycwireless] Toshiba/TCG Phone Booth Hotspots?

has anyone noticed this? i saw one at 3rd ave and 11th street today. 
its a TCG phone booth fitted with Toshiba-branded Wi-Fi. just saw the 
sign though, don't know if there is an active AP

are people using the Verizon system?
