True, Don't forget about attacking the air interface (OFMD) wave form. There are now software defined radios that can cause havoc without going to the IP layer. 2.4 Ghz saturation is not far away there will be no need to worry about an attack the noise floor will never let you link up.. The fear is using part 15 (Toys) for serious applications.

There is a "Fix" it's called protected spectrum. Mess with it and you will have the wrath of someone similar to the "Hammer" kicking in your front door.....
