the goal is to build a simple device that can somewhat accurately measure how many people are talking on cell phones in the general vicinity... this will become part of a public art project.
i saw the Mythbusters on TV using a microwave oven leak detector to measure power output from a cell phone. not sure if there are better ways to do it.
any leads from the RF geeks on this list?
