  Yah, there's a bit of tongue in cheek there that didn't get captured in
the article.  Shortly after our first install, we noticed that some of our
pictures appeared on wifi.ee.  We had no idea what the article said, but
we liked to kid around that one of our members (Matt, who appeared in all
the photos) seemed to have his own fan club in Estonia.  :-)  In
subsequent contact, we learned all about the efforts in Estonia, and yes,
we are in awe of the broadband penetration and the widespread use of
Wi-Fi.  I'm hoping to be able to visit one day to learn more.
