I will. I only recently started to pay attention to the NYC plans, and not 
fully aware of all players, agendas and politics involved.

On other hand, I am sure that whoever is the licensee of poletop space 
will probably fight the open access requirement tooth and nail - just like 
any monopoly-to-be would fight, so it is going to be a struggle.
