It is actually the only wireless service that allows me to do my work on the road, whereever I am. (Anything from ssh'ing in, to remote console is fairly usable). Every other wireless service has latency of 500ms+ (kills any kind of interactive/ssh work), EVDO is 150-200ms (dialup-like, slightly annoying but at the usable point).
EVDO makes life worth living. -alex -- NYCwireless - http://www.nycwireless.net/ Un/Subscribe: http://lists.nycwireless.net/mailman/listinfo/nycwireless/ Archives: http://lists.nycwireless.net/pipermail/nycwireless/
