This is about Asterisk [http://Asterisk.org/ ], the open-source PBX
system.  What I like about this article is how it shows how open-source
enables more business than closed-source.  The author lists
money-making applications that the system has made possible. 

Of course, from a wireless mobility standpoint, this one caught my eye:

translate voicemail into text messages for 30 managers' BlackBerrys."^
