What if you built a city park and no one came? Central Park in New York is worth probably about a billion dollars in real estate yet the city does it for the public good. Another example is in New York (or the and town with a YMCA) there are the City Parks and Recs Association fitness centers. These centers cost $75 per YEAR for a nice gym with basketball courts, a pool, weights, machines, etc. You also have access to about 20 of these facilities around the city. I am the only person I know that is a member of thse gyms. However I know many, many people that pay at least $100 per month for Bally's, NYSC, Equinox, etc. Michael -- NYCwireless - http://www.nycwireless.net/ Un/Subscribe: http://lists.nycwireless.net/mailman/listinfo/nycwireless/ Archives: http://lists.nycwireless.net/pipermail/nycwireless/
