At approx. 0930 today, Willie Becker called to report watching the above, from the town dock, located at the end of Towd Point Rd., North Sea. After about 20 min. of resting on an ice flow, the bird took off and proceeded to lazily circle the harbor. From his description, it could be the 1st year bird reported by Hugh McGuinness earlier in the month. Cheers, Bob --
