Hi,

I saw the Dovekie in the usual 'west marina' section of the Timber Point Golf
Course around 12:40 - 1:00 this afternoon. Incredibly easy to find, incredibly
easy access, no hassles. I almost thought I was back birding in North Carolina.

Then I drove to the previously reported Trumpeter Swans in Yaphank,

40.844009,-72.937396 - Google Maps

I was fortunate to find them sitting on the sand in the park at the south east
corner of the lake. I carefully walked close enough to get the following
photos with my pocket digital camera. They were fairly wary.
