Earlier today Angus Wilson found a RED-NECKED PHALAROPE at the Mecox Bay inlet in eastern Suffolk Co. The bird was still present this afternoon at 4pm as were two WILSON'S PHALAROPES. No sign of the Arctic Tern found there yesterday by John Shemilt.
